Whether you need a rebuild or a complete new build, our packages combine precision machining, premium components, and expert assembly.

Our Packages

✅ Rebuild Packages – Starting from $2,700 + GST

Perfect for refreshing your existing engine. Includes:

  • Full teardown and inspection

  • Hone block
  • Deck block for optimal sealing
  • Polish crankshaft journals
  • Replace main and conrod
  • Fit new piston rings
  • Complete reassembly 

✅ New Build Packages – Starting from $7,500 + GST

For racers who want a fresh, fully optimized engine. Includes:

  • Bottom End Package:
    • Bore, hone, and deck block
    • Balanced rotating assembly
    • 0.060" pistons and rings
    • Camshaft per SNZ rules
  • Cylinder Head Package:
    • New valves and valve springs
    • Cut seats and replace guides
    • Machine surface for 10:1 compression ratio (SNZ compliant)
    • Set valve spring pressures and geometry
  • Additional Components:
    • Full gasket set
    • Timing chain kit
    • Oil pump and water pump
    • Ignition components (plugs, leads, rotor, cap, points, condenser)
    • Flywheel machined to 8kg for optimal moment of inertia
  • Assembly Process:
    • Dummy assembly and full clearance checks
    • Cylinder head geometry setup  
    • Final assembly 
  • Dyno-tested for reliability and performance

  • 30% deposit required to commence work, progress payments at agreed milestones.
